We had a lot of fun at the ATD 2020 Expo in good’ol Las Vegas, Nevada. The ATD portion was held at the Westgate Hotel, adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center, which is where the NADA 2020 part of the show was held.
Meeting our peers in the industry was the biggest win for us and it was nice to put faces to the names. With all of the major DMS providers there, we had the opportunity to learn more about them and meet their leadership teams. Owner Jerry Van Galder even had the opportunity to go head-to-head with Bruce Love, CEO of DP Solutions, in a zombie-based Virtual Reality game. We won’t mention who scored the higher points.
Looks like there’s a lot of advancements happening in the technology side of things and there was plenty of discussion around the state of the industry. Integrations and future partnerships with some of the leading industry DMS/CRM providers such as Karmak, Procede, DP Solutions, Arcadium and Serti were exciting discussions as well.
Last but not least, meeting dealer leadership and sharing with them the Facebook Marketplace opportunity gained considerable interest with some deciding to move forward with trying the new platform out.
We’re always looking forward to opportunities and partnerships with other companies to bring all our ideas together and provide new features to help dealerships and their customers. Expect to see us at more shows. We can’t wait to meet more of you out there in the future!
